As so many of us have moved past the “shock and awe” phase of shelter-in-place orders and the novel corona-virus, it is time to turn our attention to excelling at conducting business virtually.

In our new normal, there will be many small changes you can make to get the most out of every phone call, video call, large group discussion, and meeting you attend or facilitate. Intellectual curiosity should be on all of our minds, specifically these days, as we truly try to figure out how to thrive instead of just survive in this current business climate.
