Do Something Great

It's late. Another long day. I seem to have a lot of those - maybe something to explore later?!

I fully intended to write about something else today, but then two things changed my mind. So here I am asking you to do something great. Big or small. Today or tomorrow. This month or next. Just do something, don't just think about doing something.

Tonight I took a work call after dinner. It was not unexpected. My colleague and I spent 45 minutes on the phone talking about plans she's making to do something great. She is full of energy and ideas and plans. And whatever she plans will be amazing - because she genuinely cares about her clients and their businesses.

If I'm learning anything at all during this pandemic, it's that those willing to think outside the box are going to be just fine.

Whether it's individuals, teams, or entire businesses - those willing and able to creatively adapt to our new normal are going to flourish.

I'm sharing no data tonight. No studies or statistics.

Just this statement. It's your turn to do something great. For yourself, your family, your neighbors, your friends, your colleagues, your clients, your community.
