This morning, one of my first calls of the day was with an established sales professional to whom client loyalty and client relationships are paramount. He and I talked about a lot in 30 short minutes.
While the initial reasons for the call were brought on by this crazy pandemic...the discussion could have been at any time and any place over one's sales career.
We talked about trust and credibility. We talked about relationships and strong connections. We talked about priorities. And we talked about finding the best ways to motivate each other to move forward.
Our conversation reminded me a lot of this post from 2019 on patience when prospecting.
