It's the eve of the biggest meeting I plan all year...but here's the kicker...it was supposed to be this past March, in person. It is now 100% virtual.
After the initial shock wore off, and we did what we had to do logistically - like canceling contracts and notifying attendees - we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. A global pandemic was not going to interfere with our ability to plan a leadership symposium!
It has been hard. It has been intense. It has been new. It has been interesting. It has been tiring. It has been invigorating.
Only some of the team members worked on the last year's meeting. Others on the planning team are new and know nothing but this virtual event we are about to experience.
We have all spent an exorbitant amount of time pivoting and planning. From last year to this year. We are roaring forward!
